Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has reportedly got a threatening call and it forced the cops to launch the investigation. An anonymous phone caller has threatened to kill Salman Khan and the phone call was made to the city's Police Control Room. The first call was received by the Police Control Room on February 16 followed by another call the next day.
Police has managed to locate the place from where the call was made. The calls were soon traced to PCOs in south Mumbai's Marine Lines and suburban Malad.Police suspected it was a hoax call and launched a probe though no case has been filed yet. Police also reviewed the security provided to the star. Police are checking the CCTV cameras to trace out the caller.
