Its Loss To National Awards Missing THIS Hero The 63rd National Awards for various categories were announced Monday and Big B Amitabh has won the best actor award. Several fans of other heroes who expected awards for their disappointed with the national awards.
One such actor, who many thought deserved an award for his role in Shankar's I, was Tamil hero Vikram.Vikram had appeared in four different looks in "I:" a bodybuilder, a beast, a model and a hunchback. All his fans hoped his efforts would win him the Best Actor Award. On learning that Vikram's efforts had gone unrecognised, several fans expressed their disappointment.
India's top cinematographer PC Sreeram, too expressed the same sentiment. The ace cinematographer took to Twitter to express his views.He tweeted, 'Congrats to each (and) every winner of this years national awards. We r proud of each one of u. Best wishes.' However, he also added, 'No award for vikram (kenny). Sorry the nation awards many times misses its point. Its not vikrams loss its loss to the national awards.' (sic)
