Sardar Creates All-time Worst Record Power star Pawan Kalyan's Sardar movie is heading for a big flop in overseas. The film shattered the record of "Srimantudu" and became the Telugu film with the second-largest opening in the U.S. after "Bahubali."
But the film has failed to keep the momentum due to negative mouth talk. Till now the movie has collected a total of $10, 58,000 (7.04 Cr). 'Sardaar' has to gross at least $ 2.5 Million in order the overseas distributors and buyers have to fall safe. Going by the current Box Office trend, there is not even minimal probability for 'Sardaar' to be called a breakeven film.
As per the trade the film overseas distributors will lose nearly Rs 4.5 Cr. In second weekend the film has grossed just $20,807 from 55 screens. This is the worst record for a big film and no big star movie has grossed such low from 55 screens.
