Mahesh family, fans and villagers stampeded to have a glance of their real life hero. Mahesh was visiting the village after 16 years. Mahesh greeted all his fans outside his ancestral house and fans cheered the actor with loud slogans.
Mahesh later turned to Twitter to express his happiness for the love and affection showered on him by the people. He appealed to everyone to help him to make Burripalem a model village.
