Star Hero's daughter engaged to Karunanidhi's grandson
Kollywood's versatile hero Vikram who is known for his experimental films had a proud father moment. The actor's daughter Akshita has got engaged to her longtime friend Manu Ranjith, son of entrepreneur Ranganathan of Cavin Kare. Ranjith is also the great grandson of DMK supremo M Karunanidhi.
The low-key engagement took place on Sunday here at a star hotel and several celebrities from tamilnadu have graced the event. Tamil top director S. Shankar also presented at the event.The couple had known each other for a long time and got engaged with the consent of their parents. The wedding is scheduled to take place next year.
