Tollywood comedian booked for harassing Wife
Tollywood well known comedian Pruthviraj name has surfaced to headlines for wrong reasons. As per reports police on Sunday registered a cheating and harassment case against famous Tollywood comedian .The case was lodged against the actor following a complaint from his alleged wife.
In her complaint Kavitha said she met Prudhviraj through a common friend named Anil in 2010 after divorcing her first husband. As per Kavitha they started living in a house on Road Number 10, Banjara Hills.She alleged that Prithviraj had lured her with luxuries and they had got married in a temple.Meanwhile, she came to know of Prithviraj's affair with another woman.
"I am having two kids from my first marriage and Pruthvi promised me about their studies and enrollled them in school. But he started an affair with a woman, Padma, and threw me out of the house after taking Rs 2 lakh cash and gold from me," Kavitha reportedly alleged in her complaint.
Police have reportedly booked the actor under Sections 420 (cheating) and 498-A (subjecting a married woman to cruelty) of the IPC on September 21.However, Kavitha later submitted a petition to withdraw the case. More details about the case are awaited.
