Cheating case against producer
Hyderabad: A cheating case was registered against Sunil Reddy, producer and hero of the Hindi film Angrez, according to police.
The case was registered by Naryanaguda police on a complaint by a financier Vasant Kumar Goud that the cheque worth Rs 50 lakhs issued by Sunil Reddy was not honoured by the bank due to lack of funds.
When Goud approached Sunil he threatened the financier with gun and Goud approached police. Sunil was earlier charged on similar grounds in Nellore. Police are on the lookout for Sunil who is absconding.
