Rajamouli bigger than a star: Dasari Hyderabad: Ever since the blockbuster hit film 'Magadheera' happened, Rajamouli has become one of the most-discussed directors in the Telugu film industry.
The director is now gearing up for the release of his upcoming Tamil-Telugu bilingual 'Eega' in Telugu and 'Naan Ee' in Tamil.
It stars the soon-to-be married Nani, Kannada actor Sudeep and sultry siren Samantha in the lead roles.
The film has aroused interest about what its script has in store. Speaker after speaker at the film's audio launch hailed Rajamouli and his novel ways of film-making.
The film, which has the concept of rebirth as its central theme, wouldn't have garnered as much publicity as it has managed, but for Rajamouli's name associated with it.
Veteran director Dasari Narayana Rao said that in his opinion, Rajamouli is bigger than any hero in Tollywood.
Speaking on the eve of the release of the audio of 'Eega', Dasari said, 'I like directors who are bigger than heroes and Rajamouli is one such person from the present generation.
Today, almost all the heroes want to work with Mouli which proves his worth and he has been proving his calibre again and again which is appreciable.'
He also added that people are waiting for 'Eega' with the same interest with which they had waited for Rajinikanth's 'Robot'.
He also appreciated music director Keeravani for adapting himself nicely to the changing styles of music.
