Shraddha lands in a lead role, finally Hyderabad: Shraddha Das has been in the industry for quite a while, but the actress was associated with playing second fiddles in most of her films.
Breaking the jinx, the actress will now be seen as a female lead in debutante director Venkanna Babu's film. He had assisted Ram Gopal Varma for 13 films.
Superstar Mahesh Babu's cousin, Shiva will be launched as a hero with the film. He happens to be the son of Mallikarjun Rao.
The film will be made on Nandi Productions while Bollywood composer Amar Mohile will be rendering the music for the film.
The dusky babe who is associated with skin show for a major part of her career, is thrilled about the project and said that she is looking forward for the film's shoot since it is a hard-hitting role apart from she being presented in a new look only wearing sarees.
Well that sounds interesting! Meanwhile, the actress' upcoming release will be YVS Chowdary's 'Rey' in which is she is paired opposite Sai Dharam Teja, a new hero, from the Mega family.
