Eega' to hit the screens in June Hyderabad: Ace director S S Rajamouli' ambitious venture 'Eega', which was to release in March only to be pushed back further will now hit the screens in June.
Reports indicate that the mega budget project which sees Nani, Samantha and Sudeep in the lead is almost complete but the 'Sye' director is taking time to publicise the film as extensively as he can before bringing it in mid-june.
The director was seen promoting the flick at the t-20 match that took place between Deccan Chargers and Mumbai Indians on Monday in Vizag.
It is also heard that the maker is keen on not pitting 'Eega' during summer since 'Dhammu', 'Daruvu', 'Gabbar Singh' and 'Endhukante Premanta' have booked their slots for summer apart from him sharing a good friendship with the people behind the aforementioned films.
'Well, dammu on one side and GS on the other. Got to do some thing to amplify our tiny eega's buzz..right,' said Rajamouli on Twitter.
The film's music has already topped chartbusters while the trailer has crossed more than five lakh hits on You Tube which is a record in its own.
The film boosts of never before seen VFX for a Tollywood film and it will be releasing simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil (as 'Naan-Ee').
Produced by Sai Korrapati on Vaarahi Chalana Chitra banner, the film is presented by D Suresh Babu in Telugu.
