Malaika begins Gabbar Singh's item number
Hyderabad: A day after the launch of 'Gabbar Singh' audio, director Harish Shankar has started canning the item number, Kevvu Keka, which will feature Malaiaka Arora Khan reprising her Munni avatar from 'Dabangg'.
The song penned by lyricist Sahithi is being shot at Annapurna studious, Hyderabad.
While many actresses' names were considered for the item number, producer Ganesh Bandla who is leaving no stone unturned for the film has finally locked Malaika before paying a hefty amount to the actress.
Lead actor Pawan Kalyan will be joining the shoot in a day or two since he is required for the concluding stages of the song.
Meanwhile, the film's post production activities are going at a top speed to meet the release deadline of May 9. The film is set to release on a grand scale across the world.
