Gopichand as 'Jagan Mohan IPS'
Hyderabad: Gopichand's forthcoming film, a bilingual being shot in Telugu and Tamil simultaneously is titled as 'Jagan Mohan IPS', sources suggest.
The actor whose last few films failed to create an impact at the box-office is upbeat about his police avatar in the film that sees Nayantara being cast opposite him for the first time.
On the lines of Gopi's of a mass masala entertainer, the film helmed by Bhoopathy Pandian has wrapped its initial schedule at Hyderabad. The actor will essay the role of a tough cop who has his own way of treatment against law breakers.
This is the third time that he will be seen as a cop after 'Shouryam' and 'Golimaar'. Produced by Tandra Ramesh on Balaji Real Media Private limited banner, hot-shot composer of the season S S Thaman is rendering tunes for the film.
Kota Srinivasa Rao, Raghubabu, Nassar, Shayaji Shinde and others are doing significant roles in this cop drama.
