Non bailable warrant issued to Chiranjeevi Megastar Chiranjeevi who has been aspiring to play key role in AP and national level politics and rule the state once in his life time received a shock from lower level court in Tamil Nadu.
Hosur Judicial Magistrate Court issued non bailable arrest warrant against him, for voilating election code while campaigning during 2011 TN assembly elections.
It was found his convoy contained more than stipulated number of vehicles and he was asked to appear before court on May 7th.
Since Chiranjeevi chose not to do so, Court angered by his behavior asked the authorities to dispatch non bailable arrest warrant against him according to sections 188, 143 of IPC.
He was asked to appear before court by OCt 2nd. Even Hosur MLA was slapped with arrest warrant.
