Who will be 'Atiloka Sundari' in JVAS remake?
Felicitation of top director K.Raghavendra Rao during MAA Cine awards, re-ignited film maker Aswini Dutt's dreams of remaking yesteryears superhit Jagadeka Veerudu Atiloka Sundari under K.Raghavendra Rao's direction under his own Vyjayanthi Movies banner.
Many may have just written his statements as one off remarks usually made in functions to evoke audience interest, but Aswini Dutt is already upbeat about his prestigious venture.
The original film starred Mega Star Chiranjeevi and sizzling beauty Sridevi, who later became popular as 'Atilokasundari'.
Aswini Dutt is planning to cast Megastar Chiranjeevi's son Mega Power Star Ram Charan Teja as Jagadeka Veerudu in the latest version.
Many film makers tried to influence Sridevi to permit her daughter Jahnavi make her debut as Atilokasundari.
However Sridevi disappointed them saying she is not keen on her daughter entering films. Now the hunt is on for 'Atiloka Sundari' and going by present trend they can be anyone from the following.
1.Kajal - She already became Cherry's Princess in Magadheera
2.Samantha - The girl on 'Dookudu' who is questioning 'Yevadu'
3. Tamanna - Milky babe who did 'Rachcha' with Cherry.
4. Priyanka Chopra - Cherry's lady love in bollywood 'Zanjeer'.
Film makers may even spring a surprise going for a new face to bring freshness to the film.
