Manchu Manoj thrashes Tamil actor
Chennai police booked a case against Manchu Manoj based on the complaint and FIR lodged by a tamil actor Mahat Raghavendra. The incident happened at the late night party after the 59th film fare awards held in Chennai on Sunday, 8th of July.
In a written complaint Mahat said that he was worried for his security. A copy of the complaint says 'While I was having a private conversation with my friend. Manoj Manchu who is an actor from the Telugu film industry along with his 3 other friends interrupted my private conversation with my friend and started hitting me without even telling me what the issue was about.
I was assaulted by these men for several minutes, I was hit on my face, my stomach and my lower body. Nobody else was even allowed to interfere and stop this fight as the men who were hitting me along with Manoj was threatening who ever tried to stop them from hitting me.
As onlookers gathered by and they kept interfering when this gang stopped to hit me further. I was severally threatened after getting hit by Mr. Manoj saying that my death was in his hands and that he would go to any extent to use his influence to have me killed," .
Mahat alleged that he was thrashed black and blue by Manoj and his friends. Though reason for the fight was not known some say both were fighting for tempting beauty Tapsee.
Tapsee they say broke her relationship with Mahat Raghavendra and started moving closely with Manoj. Some say both are in live in relationship which Tapsee denies.
Tapsee is also currently starring in 'Gundello Godari' on Manchu banner. It was due to the power of Manchu family that Tapsee is flooded with offers though her films failed to perform at box office.
