Taapsee denies link-up with Manoj
Actress Taapsee Pannu seems to be having a field time with the media these days. After showing her displeasure with reports that she is playing a second fiddle again in Sundar C Babu's Tamil film a month ago, the Punjabi kudi is again in the spotlight and this time it is due to her alleged proximity towards her first co-star Manchu Manoj.
Manoj who is rumoured to be dating Taapsee had a tiff with Tamil actor Mahat in Chennai on Sunday. Manoj was there to attend the Idea Filmfare awards. Although an FIR was lodged against Manoj for the alleged brawl before both the families came together to solve it amicably, Taapsee is said to be reason for Manoj going all out against Mahat since he is the former boyfriend of 'Mr Perfect' star.
However, Taapsee was quick to react on the link-up with Manoj whereas the actor too in his style made a statement which was least expected. 'Oh god! Take a break please! I AM NOT IN ANY RELATIONSHIP WITH ANYONE! That is it!', (sic), posted Taapsee on social-networking site Twitter.
Manoj had this to say, 'it makes me laugh out loud when I hear all these crazy rumours about@taapsee and me. she's none but a spoiled little brat sister of mine'.
Manoj's statement turned out to bit hard to digest for twitterati and he followed it up by another tweet, 'There is no wrong in treating a co-artist as a sister or a super friend. It's all in ur mind:) Pls be a bit mature and practical'.
On the other hand, Vishnu, Manoj's elder brother observed the entire episode was blown out of proportion and his tweet sealed the day. 'Good Morning! Liked the photos of Manoj in today's newspapers,' posted Vishnu early Tuesday.
