Rajamouli pledges to donate his organs
Well, everybody in the industry is aware of the fact that director S S Rajamouli is socio-conscious and proving it to a wide platform this time around, the 'Eega' maker has pledged to donate his organs.
The director, who attended Gandhi Medical college fest held here recently as a special guest before turning up at 'Rebel' audio launch, took a decision to donate his organs after an interaction with 'would be' doctors.
'Thanks to all medicos and professors. Had a gr8 time at Gandhi medical college. I pledged to donate my organs and anyone who wish to donate their organs or be a volunteer,visit http://www. mohanfoundation.org i learnt organs from one body can give life to 8 people,' tweeted Rajamouli by taking to social networking site Twitter on Saturday morning.
Well, in the past, Tollywood celebrities like Amala Akkineni and Arvind Krishna too signed up to donate their organs to save valuable lives. Indeed a true gesture by Rajamouli!
