Shruti to sizzle in 'Naayak'
Sultry siren Shruti Haasan is on a roll. She is on cloud nine with the success of 'Gabbar Singh' and has become the new darling of media. The glam girl is currently busy with her Bollywood comeback film- remake of Telugu film 'Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana' ('NVNV'), directed by Prabhu Deva.
The latest buzz is that she is likely to sizzle with Ram Charan in an item song in his up next film 'Naayak'. It had earlier been rumoured that Shruti will play the heroine in 'Naayak', but later things changed.
Touted to be an action entertainer, the movie is helmed by VV Vinayak and produced by D V V Danayya under Universal Media banner. The movie is scheduled to release for Sankranti.
According to close sources in the unit, director VV Vinayak has roped in Shruti for the song. The makers of the movie have apparently paid her a hefty sum for it.
However, Shruti's dates for the shoot are yet to be scheduled. Also Kajal Aggarwal, who earlier paired with 'Racha' star in blockbuster film 'Magadheera', is teaming up again for this movie.
'Naayak', also stars Amala Paul in another lead role. And if anything to go by, Charan is portraying dual roles in the film. Huge hype has already surrounded the film.
Meanwhile, Charan is straddling across the sets of his much anticipated Bollywood debut film 'Zanjeer', 'Yevadu' and 'Naayak'.
He is currently working for Vamsi Paidipalli's 'Yevadu' in Vizag. The unit is filming a few fight scenes and talkie part scenes. If all goes well, Charan will be seen with Shruti Haasan, Kajal Aggarwal and Amala Paul.
