Music director GV Prakash to turn hero The latest buzz in the film industry is that young music director GV Prakash has been approached by filmmaker A R Murugadoss, to act under his home production banner.
If sources are to be believed, the film is about music and will be directed by the Thuppaki director's assistant, Rajasekhar.
The yet-to-be-titled flick will see G V play one of the lead characters, if he accepts the offer.
The otherwise camera-shy GV confirmed that he was approached to play the role and added that he hasn't decided anything about the project yet. 'It's too early to talk about it,' he said.
Meanwhile, the 25-films-old composer is currently busy giving finishing touches to director Bala's Paradesi, the album of which is expected to release this November.
G V is also working on Bharathiraja's Annakodiyum Kodiveeranum and Naan Rajavaaga Pogiren. It is said that director Vijay has roped in GV again for his next flick with actor Vijay.
The film will bring together the young composer and the Ilayathalapathy for the first time.
