Kriti to be Mahesh's new heroine
Tollywood, which has been in need of fresh faces for a longtime, seems, keen on filling the 'vacant' posts for heroines now. Despite the likes of Kajal, Samantha and Tamannaah, the other heroines are not so happening while the three girls are busy going places.
A newbie is all set to be launched in a big ticket film. Kriti Sanon, a Mumbai based model, has been zeroed in opposite Mahesh Babu for his upcoming film directed by Sukumar, according to the latest buzz in Tollywood.
Scorching speculations that the likes of Deepika Padukone, Sonam Kapoor would be roped in for the role, after Kajal Aggarwal walked out of the project citing date issues, a newbie has been cast opposite 'Prince' Mahesh taking everyone by surprise.
Kriti, who has worked in many commercials for Close-Up and Himalaya Facewash, is said to be undergoing a basic training to groom her acting skillsfor her splashy debut into showbiz. Kriti will soon join the team in Goa for its first schedule, which will start this month.
Devi Sri Prasad is scoring the music. 'Dookudu' trio - Ram Achanta, Gopi Achanta and Anil Sunkara- is producing the film under the banner of 14 Reels Entertainment.
