Hyderabad: Actor Venkatesh launched the music of Rana Daggubati's film 'Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum' on Sunday night and gave the first copy to SS Rajamouli. The event turned into a glitzy affair.
Daggubati patriarch, veteran producer D Ramanaidu, D Suresh Babu, D Venkatesh, director Krish, SS Rajamouli, Sirivennela Sitaramasastry, Mani Sharma, LB Sriram, Hema, Dil Raju and others graced the grand gala event.
Nayanatara, clad in white salwar kameez, sizzled at the do. Speaking at the event, Venkatesh said, "Rana is doing good. But he has to improve a lot. I appreciate his hard work."
Rana said, "Though I've been trying different and not being typecast, the results of my films plunged me to take a new .
My grand father (D Ramanaidu) suggested me to do a Telugu movie with traidtional flavour. 'KVJ' is one such a movie. I'm sure this movie will do well at the ticket window."
Krish said, 'KVJ' will stand out in Rana's career like 'Khaidi' for Chiru. This will be a landmark film for Rana. He plays the role of Btech Babu. I'm glad that the movie has shaped up well."
Ramanaidu said in a lighter vein, "Nayanatara had acted with my son (Venkatesh) and now pairing up with my grandson (Rana). I hope she does act with me too."
