Puri and CGR draws T wrath When Telangana protagonists decide to strike, celebrities of the Telugu film industry are well aware of its intensity as many had already experienced their wrath.
This time it was Puri Jagannath and his film 'Cameraman Gangato Rambabu' comes under the firing line.
While yesterday TDP targeted Puri's film citing the villain characters resembled Chandra Babu Naidu, the day started off with TJAC warning the film makers of hurting Telangana sentiments and they would stop the film.
The very next moment, OU students who are known for their violent ways snatched the reels from Aaradhana talkies.
Then the angry mob went on rampage at Puri Jagannath's Office and damaged cars belonging to Bandla Ganesh, Dil Raju and Puri Jagannath.
Mob is active even when the film makers agreed to delete the scenes from the film. The protests spread like fire and the film's collections nose dived as in many theaters across Telangana region stopped the screening of the film.
