'Zanjeer' coming with promo song
Ram Charan's Bollywood debut film 'Zanjeer'is progressing at brisk pace. According to latest information there will be a special promotional song on Ram Charan and Priyanka Chopra.
Confirming the news Producer Amit Mehra, son of late Prakash Mehra, says "Yes, we have a promotional song in the film which will be shot in January 2013.
This is a special song with Priyanka and Ram Charan. But I want to clarify that we are not mixing any songs from the original version. It will be altogether a fresh song,".
'Zanjeer' is a remake of Amitabh Bachchan's yesteryear superhit film. Apurva Lakhia is directing the film which features Cherry stepping into the shoes of Amitabh Bachchan while Priyanka will reprise Jaya Bachchan's role of Mala in the revenge drama. Zanjeer's next schedule will be in Hyderabad.
Producer Amit added "We have our next schedule from the mid of November in Hydrabad. It's a 20-day schedule. Later we will come back to Mumbai. We have one more schedule in Mumbai in December,".
The film even stars Sanjay Dutt in the hindi version. Amit revealing the info added "Sanjay Dutt has always been our first choice. We are glad that he is part of our film.
Initially, he had dates problem but now it's sorted and he is playing Sher Khan in the Hindi version and Sonu Sood will be playing Sher Khan in the Telugu version."
