Veena Malik's 'Nagna Satyam' Controversial Pakistani actress Veena Malik's maiden Telugu film 'Nagna Satyam' was launched on Sunday at the AP Film Chamber of Commerce in Film Nagar, Hyderabad.
The sultry siren was clad in blushing pink saree created by noted designer duo Kapil and Monika. K Rama Rao, prot'g' of veteran director PC Reddy, will wield the megaphone.
Chadalavada Srinivasa Rao, who earlier produced films like 'Anna Vadina', 'Ricksaw Rudraiah', 'Jeevitha Khaidi', is making a comeback with this film. The film is being produced under the Anuradha Films banner.
The movie will go to floors on Monday at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad which will be a month-long schedule. The movie will be completed in three schedules.
Said to be a crime thriller, the female-centric movie showcases the different phases of a girl. The talk is that a leading hero has been roped in for this film, whose name is yet to be revealed.
Veteran director PC Reddy of 'Badi Pantulu' fame is writing the screenplay. T Surender Reddy cranks the camera.
Buzz is that Veena, who has evinced interest in doing item songs in Tollywood, has already been approached by a big banner. Meanwhile, her Kannada film 'Dirty Picture: Silk Sakkath Maga' is awaiting release.
