Na Pellam Na Ishtam producer held Police held Veernala Ramakrishna, producer and director of yet to be release film Na Pellam Na Ishtam for illegally possessing pistols with out license.
Ramakrishna is currently working as producer and director for a film each. Police when searched his house in Yousufguda on information, found two pistols and unused bullets for which there was no license. Police seized two pistols and 14 bullets and filed a case on the producer.
Ramakrishna hails from Kaskoor, Ponnur mandal of Guntur district and some time back opponents murdered his father in a land dispute case.
Police informed that Ramakrishna purchased the weapons to seek revenge on his father's killers. They revealed that the weapons were purchased from Agra. Ramakrishna was sent on remand.
