Mohan Babu, Vishnu booked Hyderabad: The controversy over the movie 'Denikaina Ready' seems to be continuing with fresh cases being registered against its producer Mohan Babu and 18 others at Chaitanyapuri police station on Tuesday.
Raghunath Rao, a businessman at Kothapet and the complainant in this case approached Rangareddy court against the crew of movie and censor board members. Court has now ordered to register cases against 19 members mentioned in the petition and investigate the case.
As per the court orders Chaitanyapuri police registered cases against the producer Mohan Babu, his son Manchu Vishnu, comedian Brahmanandam and Director G Nageswar Reddy under several sections of the IPC.
FIR was registered under sections 120B, 153 A, 295 A, 420 IPC and 156 (3) CRPC against all 19 members including censor board members.
Apart from producer, director, hero and main comedian of the film, comedians like Dharmavarapu Subramanian and others were also included in this case, said Sub-Inspector Prem Kumar.
Meanwhile complainant also alleged that censor board members issued the certificate without any verification and demanded for action against them too.
He also demanded action against the revising committee presiding officer Shekhar babu for issuing certificate without checking it.
