Sequel to Gabbar; Pawan has to decide
Director Harish Shankar has cleared the air about the speculation of a sequel to Pawan Kalyan's blockbuster 'Gabbar Singh'. Harish said that film's producer Bandla Ganesh and he had never spoken about the sequel and clarified that it's Pawan Kalyan who has to take the final call.
He took to micro blogging site Twitter and posted, 'Me and Bandla Ganesh never spoke about GabbarSingh -2 ; Power Star will decide " Everything " about GabbarSingh-2; I mean EVERYTHING" (sic).
He further made it clear that he did not set any title like 'Gabbar Singh in Hyd' as rumoured but he has a crazy title for the film.
When time permits, Harish plans to reveal the title of the sequel it seems. "I Dnt fix for "GabbarSingh in hyd " title ; I have a Crazy title for the sequel ... Will let you know when time permits" (sic).
The talk has it that Pawan is insistent on having the same team for the sequel as well and the producers are approaching director Harish Shankar as well as Shruti Haasan for their respective roles. He spills the beans about his next film with NTR, S in the lead.
He said, 'Young Tiger .. NTR is doing a high voltage youthful character in our film ... Dialogues and Dances are going to be highlights of the film;' The director is keen to launch his official Facebook page soon.
He posted, 'Planning to launch my Official FB page very Soon.' Also, Harish Shankar's up next film would be with with Ravi Teja with whom he earlier directed 'Shock' and 'Mirapakay'.
