'Yemito Ee Maya' shooting launched Actors Sharwanand and Nithya Menen are working for the first time for an upcoming bilingual film titled 'Yemito Ee Maya' which was launched on Sunday at Ramanaidu Studios in Hyderabad.
Actor Ram sounded the clapboard while 'Gemini' Kiran switched on the camera. Acclaimed Tamil director Cheran, who shot to fame with 'Autograph', 'Thavamai Thavamirundhu', is a three time national award winner. He is making his debut in Telugu with this film.
Said to be a romantic entertainer, 'Sravanthi' Ravi Kishore, who launched Sharwanand into show biz, is producing this film under the banner of Sravanthi movies.
Speaking at the do, he said, ''Yemito Ee Maya' is 32nd film under our banner. The regular shooting will begin from Sunday and the movie will be shot in the locales of Goa and Hyderabad. I'm really looking forward to see Sharwanand and Nithya on screen.'
Sharwanand said, 'I'm glad that I'm teaming up with much-admired director Cheran and actress Nithya for the first time. I was introduced by Sravanthi movies banner and this is my fourth film under their banner which is like a home banner for me.'
Actress Nithya Menen said, 'This is a bilingual film which will be shot in Telugu and Tamil separately. The movie is set against urban backdrop.'
GV Prakash is scoring the music. Meanwhile, Sharwanand is gearing up for the release of Anish Kuruvilla's 'Ko Ante Koti'. Nithya Menen, who has recently joined the sets of Nitin starrer 'Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyindhe', is awaiting the release of 'Okkadine'.
