Anushka lending voice for 'Mirchi'
Anushka Shetty who is in the industry for the past eight years never had the dubious distinction of dubbing for her own roles though she is known to have a command on Telugu.
But the actress, going by the reports, is keen to put a full stop to critics by lending voice for her forthcoming film 'Mirchi' in which she is paired opposite Prabhas.
Grapevine has it that the team of 'Mirchi', after getting impressed with the way Anushka went about her character in the movie, suggested the 'Dhamarukham' actress to test her luck in dubbing for which the actress replied in the affirmative.
It remains to be seen whether the yoga teacher-turned-actress will go ahead or not considering her busy calendar.
If Anushka takes the plunge, she will be the newest addition to the league which already has non-local girls like Priyamani, Taapsee, Tamannaah and Samantha speaking Telugu for their films.
