Sonakshi charges 5 crore
Everybody is aware of the fact that Bollywood heroine Sonakshi Sinha has been roped in by new-age director Krish for his flick 'Shivam' with superstar Mahesh Babu in the lead, but going by the reports emerging from Mumbai circles, the 'Dabangg' girl's inclusion in the film has come at a hefty price for producer C Aswini Dutt who is set to produce the Telugu-Tamil bilingual on Vyjayanti Movies.
It is slated to go to floors in the second-half of 2013. It is strongly buzzed that Sonakshi, daughter of yesteryear actor, Shatrughan Sinha, has been paid a whopping $ 5 crore for her participation in the flick.
Sources in the know indicate that Sona's price for the film is completely justifiable as she is the reigning queen of B-town with multiple projects, notably big ones, in her kitty.
If indeed she is paid the above amount, the she would be the first star who would have crossed 2 crore mark for a heroine who will plunge into Telugu
cinema.
Top league Telugu heroines like Kajal, Anushka and Samantha have rarely been paid more than one crore for their respective Telugu films.
