KCR sounds clap board for Udyamam
Hyderabad: Udyamam (Agitation), Telugu feature film on the Telangana agitation was launched at Telangana Bhavan here on Wednesday.
TRS President K Chandrasekhar Rao gave the clap signaling the beginning of the film shooting. Of late, there were a few films on Telangana and KCR had acted in one of the films as well. One film has received Nandi Award as well.
The TRS has always been contended that Seemandhra people have resorted to cultural aggression by belittling the region and its slang and promoting only Andhra dialect.
After the first assault, Tollywood has come to grips with the situation and has mend its ways but films on Telangana were not getting proper theatres and encouragement. We have to wait and see as to what's in store for this film.
