Sumanth's new film launched Last seen in 'Daggaraga Dooramga', actor Sumanth has united with his 'Madhumasam' director Chandra Siddharth for 'Emo Gurram Eguravachchu'. The film had its muhurat in Hyderabad on Wednesday with AKkineni Nageswara Rao sounding the clapboard for the first shot which was directed by Sukumar.
Ace director SS Rajamouli has switched on the camera. The film, a romantic entertainer will go for a regular shoot from this week.
MM Keeravani is composing the music for the film which has screenplay by Madan. SS Kanchi who played a part in the scripts of films like 'Maryada Ramanna' and 'Eega' has provided the script for the film.
Chandra Siddharth said, 'I was desperate to work with Keeravani garu since a long time and felt Emo Gurram Eguravachchu. Glad that he is on board for the film. After 'Aa Naluguru', I and Madan were keen on a project but somehow things didn't fell in place. I'm elated with the fact that I'm working with people who I know from close quarters'
Sumanth said that he was waiting for a right script for the past one and half years. 'My sister Supriya first heard the 'Emo Gurram Eguravachchu' script and she was working around to take the project on to sets but producer Neelam Shankar, Siddharth and Madan showed interest in the subject and things went accordingly,' said Sumanth.
