Is Anjali in love with US-based doctor?
South Indian actress Anjali, who had shifted to Hyderabad from Chennai after announcing that she was harassed by her aunt Bharathi Devi and director-mentor Kalanjiyam, has been missing from Monday evening, as it is known to everyone.
But, the actress' disappearance is still mysterious and is taking curious turns everyday. Now, the latest episode doing the rounds in both Tollywood and Kollywood is that a US-based doctor could be behind the actress' disappearance.
The buzz is that Anjali is deeply in love with her personal physician (US based doctor) and is even ready to marry him.
According to her aunt, Anjali has changed her attitude after the doctor came into her life. More shocking reports suggest that Bharathi Devi harassed Anjali as she did not like the doctor coming into her life.
The case of Anjali is most challenging to police. It is learnt that now they have started investigating into the doctor's role.
They have collected her call data and are ascertaining her aunt and doctor's role behind Anjali's hiding. It is learnt that she made 20 calls, and most of them were to Hyderabad.
According to the footage collected by the Jubliee Hills police, Anjali checked into the hotel along with her uncle on Monday at 8 pm.
Anjali rushed out of the hotel in a jeans pant and T- shirt around 9.20 am when her uncle went to the washroom.
She was carrying a bag on her shoulder and a phone in her hand. Anjali got into an Indica car and there was a person besides her in the car, the police said.
Anjali's brother claimed that she had called her mother on Wednesday morning to say that she was safe. He said that she had called from the Novotel in Samshabad.
"Anjali has requested me to withdraw all charges against Bharathi Devi and Kalanjiyam." But when the police went to the hotel, she was not there.
Meanwhile, her brother wanted to withdraw the case but the police told him that the case could not be withdrawn unless they were shown the actress.
