Court summons Jeevita Rajasekhar in cheque bounce case Actress Jeevita Rajasekhar was issued summons by the 17 Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Nampally in a case pertaining to cheque bounce on Wednesday. Jeevita was asked to appear before the court on September 20 and explain the reasons personally.
She has reportedly taken a loan of Rs 34 lakh from her family friend, Parandhama Reddy, a retired government employee. Jeevita was said to have executed a promissory note, some documents and has also given two cheques.
But as she failed to clear the loan at the end of assured time, Parandhama Reddy deposited the cheques in the bank which were returned due to lack of sufficient funds in her account. He then filed a case against her in the Court, which issued summons to her.
