'Yevadu's audio launched with fanfare It was a star-struck event with all the T'wood biggies under one roof. Ram Charan's much awaited film 'Yevadu's audio launch was held in a grand way at Shilpa Kala Vedika in Hyderabad. It was completely music composer Devi Sri Prasad (DSP)'s day as he has composed music for the flick.
The audio was released by none other than the Tollywood Megastar and Union
Minister for Tourism Dr Chiranjeevi. He handed over the first audio CD to Ram Charan and Allu Arjun. Fans were thrilled to see all their favourite stars on one stage.
Speaking at the event, Chiranjeevi said, 'I always feel good and excited when I attend events related to films. It makes me feel at home as come from the same family (Cinema). After getting into politics it is very rare that I get to meet all my friends and costars whom I worked with,
and events like these make me remember of all those memorable days we've spent together.'
He said he applied the power of positive thinking mentioned in self-help book 'The Secret' to get himself to attend the audio launch despite it being scheduled on a working day.
'My desire to be here was so strong that I work-related meeting materialised on Monday and I managed to come here,' he added.
'Vamshi narrated 'Yevadu' story to me two years ago. I felt very lucky that I got such script to do and accepted it immediately. I am happy to work with Vamshi and Dil Raju who are unique in nature. One has the passion and other has the vision for films.
And Devi of course, always makes people dance to his tunes not only with his music, but also with his energy,' said the 'Racha' star Ram Charan, who was extremely excited about the film.
Hinting at the absence of Power Star Pawan Kalyan, Allu Arjun quipped, 'Regardless of his presence, there is power in the air.'
Producer Dil Raju said his production house ' which has given two hits with Allu Arjun ' was waiting to create a hat-trick. He recalled his association with the Mega family beginning with 'Toli Prema' distribution in 1998.
Director Vamshi Paidipally said, 'This film is very special to me as I worked with two stars Ram Charan and Allu Arjun from the Mega family.
Though Allu Arjun appears on the screen for only 15 minutes, his character will be remembered throughout the film.' Vamshi also recalled some incidents happened in these two years and thanked all his technicians.
Ram Charan and Allu Arjun donated Rs 10 lakh each to the Uttarakhand victims. The Mega fans also handed over a cheque to the PM Relief Fund.
'Yevadu' stars Shruthi Haasan, Amy Jackson, Sai Kumar etc. C Ramprasad is the cinematographer, Devi Sri Prasad is the music director and Vakkantham Vamshi has penned the story.
Dil Raju has produced it and Geetha Arts has bagged the distribution rights for the film which will release on July 25.
