Pelli Pusthakam to compete with Sahasam
Starring Rahul of `Andala Raksasi' fame and Niti Taylor of `Mem Vayasuku Vachcham' fame in the lead roles, `Pelli Pusthakam' which has been in the dock for a while, will finally release on July 12.
A multiparty venture between B Nagireddy, BV Gopal and P Suman, it will be slugging out with Gopichandstarrer `Sahasam' which is scheduled for the same day.
Speaking about the 'Pelli Pusthakam', Rahul termed it as a comedy entertainer. 'It's about a marriage which takes place in a joint family. The climax will make the audience roll out in their aisles.
It is bound to give me a good recognition,' he said. Also starring Kashi Viswanth, Nagineedu and Shravan in supporting roles, the film has music by Sekhar Chandra.
