Yevadu to release on July 31 Dil Raju, the producer Yevadu, was toying with the idea of releasing the film on July 24 since Pawan Kalyan's Tholiprema and Chiranjeevi's Indra had released on the same date back in 1998 and 2002 respectively.
The release of Yevadu has now been postponed to July 31. Interestingly, that coincides with the release date of SS Rajamouli's Magadheera, back in 2009. It shattered all box office records and made Ram Charan one of the biggest stars in Telugu cinema today.
Going by the buzz about the film, it looks like the makers are keen on cashing in on the sentiment. Moreover, speaking at the audio launch, Chiranjeevi claimed, 'I feel Yevadu will be the film which might come close to the records set by Magadheera.
I am extremely happy with the way the film has turned out and Ram Charan is lucky to have found such an interesting subject at this point of his career.'
Shruti Haasan is playing the lead role opposite Ram Charan and Amy Jackson is the lead actress in the film. Allu Arjun has played a crucial role and Kajal will also be seen in a cameo.
Vamshi Paidipally has directed the film and currently, the post-production is going on in full swing. Devi Sri Prasad has scored the music.
