When Tamannah confronts AP agitators
Tamannaah'popularly known among her Telugu fans as 'milk beauty' had a taste of the 'Samaikya' agitation in Visakhapatnam. After completing a shooting assignment for one of her upcoming Tamil film on Odisha border, Tamannaah was on her way to the airport to catch a flight to Hyderabad.
At the same time, some integrationists were waiting at the Vizag Airport on information that some minister was expected to arrive and hence planned to gherao him and seek his resignation.
The actress was taken by surprise when her car was surrounded by the agitators, who demanded her to shout 'Jai Samaikyandhra' slogan along with them.
Tamannaah with folded hands pleaded not to drag her into any controversy. But the agitators persisted with her to raise the slogan and the actress too remained adamant stating that she has nothing to do with any of the issues. The timely arrival of the police saved the actress from further harassment.
