Absence of NTR raises eyebrows
The much touted wedding of actor Nandamuri Balakrishna's younger daughter Tejaswini with Sri Bharat at Hitex in Hyderabad held today with all the glitter and grandeur befitting of Nandamuri family. However, the conspicuous absence of Balaiah's elder brother Nandamuri Hari Krishna and his actor son NTR Jr has raised a few eyebrows.
Absence of the father, son duo soon turns into a hot topic among political and film industry circles. It is learnt that Nandamuri fans who attended the wedding waited to see Jr NTR.
But they were disappointed after Jr NTR gave the function a miss. They were so hopeful that they waited even after the wedding ceremony was over in the hope that the actor might show up any time.
Many feel that this is clear indication of the widened rift between the families of Hari Krishna and Bala Krishna.
As far as the film fraternity is concerned, even Akkineni family did not attend the wedding. Political observers say that there's no way Jr NTR could have been shooting considering this is an important occasion in the family and he could very well have postponed it.
Rumor has it that Hari Krishna is disappointed with Naidu's stand on the Telangana issue. It is very clear that fans were disappointed a great deal. Facebook posts reflect this. It would be interesting to watch how Jr NTR will make up to his fans now?
Going by the discussions in the film industry, Jr NTR did not receive the wedding invitation. This upset Hari Krishna and the duo decided to boycott the wedding.
Some even say that the rift between Lokesh and Jr NTR distanced them. However, Kalyan Ram marked his attendance. The war between Lokesh and Jr NTR has now enlarged to Bala Krishna and Hari Krishna too.
