Ram Charan scared of media I love shopping but I can't go out. I love going to restaurants and eating out with friends. So a bit of private life is taken away. Your responsibility increases, there is pressure as anything you do attracts media and it is scary at times
Reacting to reports which said that 'Zanjeer' is facing some issues in Telangana, Ram Charan said, "We are all set... Everything is fine. There is a bit of anguish in the state. But we hope things get resolved soon but I don't think it will affect the release.'
Charan said that he got bored on film sets at a young age. 'I used to rarely go to film sets as I felt it was very boring to see the same shot being done so many times. I felt I had nothing to do. I used to irritate the cameramen. Heroines were too old for me to even make a conversation. I used to get bored," he said.
On being the son of Chiranjeevi, he feels it has its share of advantages and disadvantages. 'I love shopping but I can't go out, I love going to restaurants and eating out with friends. So a bit of private life is taken away. Your responsibility increases, there is pressure as anything you do attracts media and it is scary at times," he said.
'But to some extent it has worked in my favour as I have become more positive, more responsible. The disadvantages later turned into advantages. It is like adapting to the situation," he added.
Meanwhile, the Telugu version 'Thoofan' was cleared with 'A' certificate by the Censors. An intense action drama, it sees Priyanka Chopra, Sree Hari, Prakash Raj and Mahie Gill in significant roles. While Sanjay Dutt has played Sher Khan in 'Zanjeer', the Hindi version, actor Sree Hari is featuring as Sher Khan in 'Thoofan.'
