Krish-Pawan film on cards Radhakrishna Jagarlamudi aka Krish made his debut in Tollywood in 2008 with Gamyam starring Sharwanand, Allari Naresh and Kamalinee Mukherjee. The movie went on to become a huge success and also bagged the Nandi award for best film of the year and best director.
He has subsequently directed Allu Arjun and Manchu Manoj in the critically-acclaimed Vedam and Rana Daggubati in Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum. Known for making films with a strong social message laced with philosophical overtones, he is much sought after by the big heroes.
Grapevine has it that Krish has been asked to prepare a script for Pawan Kalyan to be produced by the later on his upcoming banner Pawan Kalyan Creative Works.
Though the duo initially considered remaking the Bollywood hit Jolly LLB into Telugu, they have now decided to go in for a fresh script.
Pawan Kalyan is currently awaiting the release of Attarintiki Daredi whereas Krish is busy with Bollywood project, Gabbar, starring Akshay Kumar and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
Gabbar is a remake of the Tamil movie Ramana which was also remade in Telugu as Tagore and was a resounding success. Post Gabbar, Krish would be directing a Mahesh Babu film whereas Pawan has allotted bulk dates for Gabbar Singh 2.
In all likelihood, the Krish-Pawan Kalyan project, should it materialize would only take off after they complete their pending assignments.
