Srikanth pin hopes on Kshatriya
Srikanth, one of the few heroes in Tollywood with the distinction of having acted in more than 100 films has not had a decent success at the box office in recent times as a solo hero.
Though his multi-starrer films have been received quite well, he does need a hit film featuring him as the single male lead. In this context, his film Kshatriya has completed shooting.
Directed by K Uday Chand, Kshatriya is a full length mass entertainer and has Kumkum essaying the role of the female lead. Produced by Jayendar Reddy and Mahendra Varma on their banner AVM Movies, the film has music by Vishwa.
Kota Srinivas Rao, Rao Ramesh and Jayaprakash Reddy are the other prominent artistes in the film.
Speaking on the film, hero Srikanth said, 'I believe Kshatriya will bring me back in the league. I know some of my recent films didn't do well, but I believe this film won't let me down. This is just a rough patch and I'm confident that this too shall pass.'
