Samantha denies sporting a bikini
That Samantha would be seen sporting a bikini in her new movie Rabhasa is the talk of the town currently. Rumours abounded that Samantha was convinced by the director of Rabhasa, Santosh Srinivas to don a bikini for a particular scene in the movie in keeping with the requirements of the script.
However, denying all such allegations the actress came out with a clarification on Twitter. 'If u have watched my films u wldnt need me to tell u that the rumour of me sporting a bikini in my next is just a rumour' put this to rest', tweeted the actress.
Samantha shot to stardom with her debut movie Yen Maya Chesave opposite Naga Chaithanya which was directed by Gautam Menon. The movie had a healthy dose of lip locks which some believe was instrumental in the success of the film.
Since then, the actress has restricted herself to the girl-next-door image. She is currently in a relationship with actor Siddharth and the pair is expected to tie the knot soon.
On the work front, Samantha is currently doing Rabhasa, which is produced by Bellamkonda Suresh and stars NTR Jr opposite her. Santosh Srinivas of Kandireega fame is directing the movie and Devi Sri Prasad is the music composer. Apart from Rabhasa, she has Manam and Ramayya Vastavayya in her kitty in Telugu.
