'Anamika is a different film'
Actress Nayantara who is acting in Anamika ' the remake of Vidya Balan's Kahaani has come up with an interesting update on the film. She says, 'Anamika is not an exact copy of Kahaani.
In fact, the film is altogether a different one and Sekhar Kammula has just adapted the story of the Bollywood hit and is giving it a unique treatment according to his perspective.'
The film which is in the last leg of production is a bi-lingual in Telugu and Tamil languages.
'Sekhar Kammula is making the film keeping in view the sensibilities of the audience. When you are doing a remake, it's quite obvious to draw comparisons with the original, but Anamika is completely a new film and cannot be compared with Kahaani,' adds Nayantara.
This is the first time Sekhar Kammula is working on a remake. MM Keeravani is composing the music and Yendamuri Veerendranath is penning the dialogues for Anamika.
