Dil Raju sells Yevadu rights Unconfirmed reports have it that the entire rights to the movie Yevadu have been purchased by Allu Aravind from the producer Dil Raju.
The ongoing agitation in Seemandhra and warning from the protestors that they would not allow the screening of films belonging to Chiranjeevi's family has put Dil Raju in a tight spot.
On one hand he has Yevadu up for release and on the other hand he has NTR Jr starrer, Ramayya Vastavayya nearing completion. Both of them are big films and Dil Raju has invested heavily in them.
With the Telangana JAC announcing that they would not allow the screening of NTR Jr in their region courtesy of his father Harikrishna's support for a united Andhra Pradesh, Dil Raju is in a real dilemma.
In this context, he probably felt that it would be better to dispose of Yevadu as it would ease the burden on him.
However, it remains to be seen as to what difference it would make to the movie if Yevadu were to be taken over by Allu Aravind. How would it make a difference to the stance taken by the protestors if Allu Aravind were to release Yevadu is the million dollar question.
Starring Ram Charan, Shruti Haasan and Amy Jackson in the lead roles, Yevadu is directed by Vamsi Pydapally and has music by Devi Sri Prasad. It also features Allu Arjun and Kajal Agarwal in cameo roles.
