Posani takes dig at leaders Speaking at the success meet of 'Potugadu' in Hyderabad, actor Posani Krishna Murali, who played a key role in the film, said that students of all regions have embraced the film.
'Some leaders in the State are speaking in double standards- they are speaking in one tone at Delhi and in another at Guntur- such leaders will be shown the doors when the right time comes,' he said and added, 'Producer Sridhar is a man of integrity and he released the film with utmost confidence.
Students from all regions of AP gave it a strong opening. We salute them.' He added, 'Manoj is a better dancer and fighter than his dad Mohan Babu.'
Multidimension Vasu, who played a key role in the distribution of the 'Potugadu', said that the film has given a new lease of life to theatres across the State.
'The film released in 600 screens and the collections, especially in Nizam and Ceded, have been extremely good. Almost 800 screens in the State have been shut down due to the current political unrest and if not for 'Potugadu', another set of theatres would have followed the suit,' he said.
