Prakash Raj to direct Ulavacharu
Versatile actor Prakash Raj has announced that he will be directing a new film soon. The movie has been titled Ulavacharu and would be made in three languages -- Tamil, Telugu and Kannada, simultaneously.
The movie is a remake of the Malayalam hit Salt N Pepper. Prakash Raj holds the Hindi rights to the film as well. Maestro Ilayaraja has been roped in as music composer for the movie and Prakash Raj himself would essay the lead role along with Sneha.
This would be his second movie as director. The Malayalam version is a love story of two couples and food plays an important role in it. It remains to be seen whether Prakash Raj would stay true to the original script or make some changes to it.
Prakash Raj's debut as a director was Dhoni which came in for much critical acclaim but unfortunately was a commercial failure.
