Anamika deferred at Nayan's request Nayantara starrer Anamika is all set to hit the screens in the second week of December. Initially, the makers had planned to release the film on October 31 for Diwali.
Sources say Nayantara has requested the makers to push the film's release to December to avoid a clash with her other films Raja Rani and Arambham that are also slated for release on the same day.
Further, the film was re-scheduled for a December release in Telugu and Tamil languages. The entire shooting of Anamika would be wrapped up by November. The post production formalities are on simultaneously.
Directed by Sekhar Kammula, the film is an adaptation to Bollywood's critically acclaimed film Kahaani starring Vidya Balan. MM Keeravani is rendering the music.
