Nag happy for Mamata's comeback
Nagarjuna recently revealed an interesting anecdote related to Mamata Mohan Das. The actress is also a professional singer who has sung for a number in Nag's recently released Bhai.
Speaking about her in a recent interview, Nag said, 'I once presented Mamta with the award for best singer at an event. Along with the audience, I requested her to sing a song then.
In spite of vociferous requests from the audience she refused. She then whispered in my ear that she was having a serious throat ailment and hence could not sing. I was shocked.'
The actor further added, 'She has now received treatment and her voice is fine. She has also sung one number in Bhai. I am very happy not because the song is a hit, but because Mamata is back to doing what she loves a lot, apart from acting which is singing. I am happy for her.'
