Nayantara irks Kammula
Sekhar Kammula has so far worked with newcomers and used to dictate the terms and conditions to them at his convenience. But the Happy Days director is having real trouble with a big star now.
The news is that Kammula is directing Nayantara for a new film titled Anamika. The film which is a remake of the Bollywood sensational hit Kahaani is in the last leg of production. Except for a five-day schedule, the entire shooting has been wrapped up.
Meanwhile, Nayantara took a break from the shoot and left for Chennai to take part in the promotion of her latest outing Arrambam that also features Ajit Kumar.
The film released for Diwali and has become a titanic hit and sources say an elated Nayan is totally charged up and taking part actively in promotions. The actress was supposed to return to the sets by now but that did not happen.
Further, Nayan made Kammula wait for all these days. Left with no option, Kammula is playing the waiting game and speculations are rife that the director is not happy with the irksome behavior of the actress.
However, sources close to the actress denied these rumors and say, 'Why would Nayantara do that? She is suffering from a skin allergy and she is going to take Ayurvedic treatment in Kerala soon. Hence, the delay.
